The domain name www.ergaliokoptiki.gr is legally registered in the database of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) as of 08\/01\/2004 under protocol number 828444, and \u201cERGALIOKOPTIKI\u201d is a legally registered trademark and, therefore, both are protected by all relevant provisions of Greek and European law.<\/p>\n

With regard to the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties (e.g. partner websites, members or companies), their protection rests exclusively with the respective rights holders.<\/p>\n
